One of the best little books I have written is a book investigating the issue of Sleep Paralysis, The Old Hag and Succubi/Incubi. A couple of years ago, I was rather shocked when my eye doctor told me I was developing cataracts. She wanted to schedule for for lens replacement and I said no…. For the last several weeks, I have been having very vivid – even lucid dreams. I’m not quite sure why, but perhaps its related to a course that I am doing with The Silent Eye school. Anyway, recently, I awoke with a song in my head. I had dreamt the song and I was addicted to it. I found myself singing it in the shower and during the day. I had to get this song out! It took me many hours of work and experimentation, but I got very close to the song in my dream and called it “Addicted”.
